“We weren’t advised that the bike pick up location had changed so we went to the wrong location. No apologies were given for the error. The maze of resorts is not deal for biking, we repeatedly ended up in areas where we shouldn’t have been trying to make our way to the beach. There should also be an option for larger bike seats as those small ones are quite painful. We ended up not even biking for the full two hours because it was just so frosteaying.”
