“It does not work. We spent more than half an hour and had to download two separate apps just for it to never give us the audio guide or offer any clear instructions about how to get it. This audio guide takes you in circles making you download more and more (but never the actual guide). Do not use this.”

“Unfortunately unusable for us. The audio guide requires a separate "redeem code", which is not included in anything Viator sends. In the instructions there's a line saying you have to email or call for the code. I ordered and emailed the night before a sunrise visit, and they didn't email back until 9am when we were already done. There is basically no reason to buy this through Viator. It just adds a middle-man and complication. The vendor obviously is doing this as a sort of advertising mechanism, but it's not well implemented at all.
